Transient stability is typically regarded as a vital aspect of electrical power system design and development. Investigating and understanding the power system's stability was the goal of this investigation. This study used the power world simulator to model and analyze transient stability on the IEEE-9 bus system. Furthermore, load flow investigations were conducted using the Newton-Raphson Method to ascertain the system's pre-fault state. Changes in the system's power angle and frequency were examined using a three-phase balanced fault. A dependable indicator for identifying power system flaws is frequency. In order to bring the system back to stability, an examination of the three-phase balanced fault's quick fault clearing time was also carried out. As a result, the system's protection mechanism ought to react quickly. This analysis suggests that load shedding and quick fault clearing techniques can be used to improve system stability.
